6 Year Old Girl And Caregiver Missing

Authorities are looking for a 6-year-old girl and her 57-year old caregiver, Shirley Ann Jackson of Waterville.  Jackson is charged with first degree kidnapping after failing to turn the child, Angel Marie Jackson over to a foster family in Moses Lake earlier this year.  Jackson is not the child's mother but has been the little girl's care provider since her birth. Court officials say the two have not been seen since May 12th shortly after temporary custody was awarded to the Moses Lake family. The girl has been considered a missing person since July.  Anyone with information is urged to call 911 or the Grant County Sheriff's Department.
