Chelan Falls brush fire limited to under 10 acres

Chelan and Orondo Fire crews knocked down a grass and brush fire Saturday afternoon in the Chelan Falls area.

Distrct #7 Fire Chief Tim Lemon said the fire was reported about 4pm near power lines between Chelan Falls Road, Highway 150 and the Chelan River.

The fire was contained to approximately 5 to 10 acres by 6pm.
