Rock Island to Crescent Bar road work

Motorists on SR28 can expect delays during the evening this week from Rock Island to Crescent Bar.

A contractor is working nights Monday through Thursday 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., expect up to 20 min. delays with flaggers and pilot car controlled traffic where the crews complete pavement repair work and preparation to stripe a new passing lane between Palisades and Spanish Castle.  The work zone is MP 10 - 19
