US2 Tumwater Canyon Reopened

US2 through Tumwater Canyon was reopened as of 6pm Thursday evening.  The section of state highway from milepost 85 at Coles Corner to milepost 99 at the west end of Leavenworth was closed Thursday afternoon by multiple snow slides and avalanche danger.  During the closure, a detour was available using the Chumstick Highway and SR 207.
