Skies should be clearing after smoke settled in the Wenatchee Valley  from six prescribed burns Wednesday on the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. Spokeswoman Robin DeMario says no burning is planned this weekend but prescribed burning of 150 acres was scheduled again Thursday near Ardenvoir and Lake Chelan.  Prescribed burns were also conducted Wednesday near Fish Lake , Havillah, Cle Elum and Yakima as part of the Forest Resiliency Burning Pilot Project approved by the legislature this spring to improve forest health.  Click for more information
