The timing of an earlier Winter Storm Watch has been adjusted by the National Weather Service for the arrival of locally heavy snow at times starting late Thursday afternoon and into Friday.  A Winter Advisory is now posted  for the Wenatchee area and Waterville Plateau from 6pm Thursday night through 4am Friday.  Another round of heavy snow is expected Friday night and into Saturday.  Wenatchee, Chelan, Mansfield, Waterville and Badger Mountain Road can expect 2 to 5 inch accumulations.    The snow could make driving conditions difficult and the Friday morning commute will be significantly impacted.

Snow after 4pm. The snow could be heavy at times. High near 23. Northeast wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
Tonight
Snow, mainly before 4am. The snow could be heavy at times. Low around 23. Northeast wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.
Friday
Snow likely, mainly after 10am. Cloudy, with a high near 28. Light northeast wind. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.
Friday Night
Snow likely, mainly before 10pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 23. Calm wind. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow accumulation of around an inch possible.
Saturday
A 50 percent chance of snow. Cloudy, with a high near 33. Calm wind. New snow accumulation of around an inch possible.
Saturday Night
Mostly cloudy, with a low around 26.
Sunday
A 20 percent chance of snow. Partly sunny, with a high near 34.
