The Wenatchee Valley Chamber of Commerce unveiled its three finalists for the Wenatchee Valley Business of the Year and Nonprofit of the Year award Monday.

"This is a unique year." Director of Market Operations Jerri Barkley said, "I think that the nominees that made it to the top three in either category, Business of the Year or Nonprofit of the Year, the community will be very proud of those nominees and the things that they've accomplished."

Numerica Credit Union, Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort, and Allstate Insurance - Heidi Huddle Agency are vying for 2020 Business of the Year.

The Nonprofit of the Year finalists are Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance, Wenatchee Downtown Association and the Chelan-Douglas Community Action Council.

The selection committee, which is comprised of chamber members and previous award recipients, received about 60 letters of nomination.

"It's always a really fun process to have these nominations put forward. People read them, discuss it and think about their personal experiences with those organizations," added Barkley.

The winners will be announced at the chamber's virtual banquet March 4th.
