NCW Libraries opened to the public Monday.

The organization, which operates 30 branches throughout Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Okanogan, and Ferry counties, said in a press release that they are welcoming customers back into the building in response to updated guidance issued by the state in October.

NCW Libraries closed all their branches in March at the onset of the pandemic and began offering curbside services in Chelan and Douglas County in September. All branches will continue to offer hours for curbside pickup.

Members of the public can reserve time on a computer, browse the shelves, or simply read. Masking and social distancing will be required per the governor's orders, and visitors will be asked to keep visits to 30 minutes or less. Capacity will also be limited.
