NCW Library Fills Two Positions, Has One Open

NCW Libraries announced the appointments of Lisa Karstetter and Nancy Spurgeon to their Board of Trustees Monday.

Karstetter works for Microsoft as the Regional Community Manager for the TechSpark initiative and the local data centers. She will represent Grant County.

Spurgeon is a recent retiree in the education field working in early childhood education programs. She will represent Douglas County.

The Library is looking for a representative of Okanogan County.
