Someone's car went through nearly all of the elements when it lit on fire, drove over an embankment, then was finally submerged into water.

Washington State Patrol responded to several collisions Monday morning on State Route 97. The first collision occurred at around 7 a.m. on SR 97 near milepost 247 which is just north of Wells Dam and about 7 miles south of Pateros.
