The district collects environmental health fees in relation to its programs focused on areas such as food safety, land development, water recreation and public schools.

It's available at their weekly Wednesday vaccine clinic from 10:30am to 4:30pm at the Town Toyota Center, and will be offered through the month of November.

The board passed a motion by member Jerrilea Crawford to adopt the restriction at this week's meeting.

There have also been at least two other flu deaths in the last week statewide - one each reported in Spokane and Snohomish counties.
