Confluence Parkway South Phase 1a has been completed and the city council has now approved a move to Phase 1b.

There's no designated use for the undeveloped land which was purchased from a locally based development company.

The proposal comes as the PUD is about to develop a strategic plan for decision making over the next 50 years.
