Chelan and Douglas County Could Apply for Phase 3 July 1st
Chelan County Commissioner Kevin Overbay says the two-county area will complete its third week in the modified Phase 1 July 1st.
He says we won't have to meet all five criteria listed by the state to move forward at that point.
