Every Fourth of July weekend, RiverCom 911 gets slammed with calls — and a lot of them aren't emergencies. There's a better number to know before the holiday hits.

The center plans to lease space inside the Confluence Technology Center (CTC) at 285 Technology Center Way for its operations.
