Saddle Mountain Fire 90% Contained
New mapping has shrunk the size of the Saddle Mountain fire to 8,063 acres as of Wednesday evening.
It is also now 90% contained.
In a press release providing the update, it was noted crews were working to secure the perimeter while also monitoring for hot spots, particularly in some drainages and bluff areas where there might be unburned fuel
