Wenatchee Valley Fire crews tackled three separate fires Tuesday, including a car, apartment, and barbecue blaze, all contained with minimal damage.

An early morning fire caused heavy damage to a commercial building on South Mission Street. Firefighters contained the blaze, and no injuries were reported.

American Red Cross provided temporary lodging for the eight residents displaced after the fire.

The fire was located in the attic of a home currently under construction.

A detached garage on Keller Avenue in East Wenatchee was lost in a fire Thursday night.

The fire completely destroyed the motorhome, along with burning the side of a nearby tree.

Two alarms were issued, with Wenatchee Valley Fire and Entiat Fire both responding.

Administrative personnel will now be housed at 731 N. Wenatchee Ave.
