Wenatchee Real Estate Market Still Hot

The median home sales price for the Wenatchee Valley hit $400,000 in April according to numbers released by Pacific Appraisal Associates.

The median price is the midpoint where there are equal numbers of sales above and below.

The average price this year is more than $438,000.

Home sales in the valley were up 29% compared to April of last year.

The number of homes on the market dropped however year over year by 69%.
