WVC Men Headed to NWAC Basketball Semi Final, Women Lose in Round of 16

The Wenatchee Valley College men's team is headed to the conference semi finals after defeating Skagit Valley 99-92 in the NWAC Championships Quarterfinals at Walt Price Student Fitness Center in Everett.

The Knights will be the classified as the home team in the semi-final game against Bellevue, which will take place at 1 pm next Saturday at the Everett Community College. Bellevue beat Spokane in the round of eight to advance to the semi finals.

The women's team lost to Whatcom Saturday in the round of sixteen 61-51 at the Walt Price Student Fitness Center, and are through for the season.
