Arrest In Burglary Of Senator’s Home

The Chelan County Sheriff's Department has arrested a 22-year old man suspected of burglarizing the home of 12th District Senator Linda Evans Parlette and her husband Bob Parlette. Deputies arrested Romeo Torres on burglary and theft charges including theft of a handgun. The Parlette's reported the break in occurred at their Wenatchee Heights home September 11th.
