Chelan Douglas County Burn Ban Lifted

After reassessing the conditions, the Washington State Department of Ecology lifted the stage 1 burn bans in Chelan and Douglas Counties at noon Monday. During a stage 1 ban, all outdoor burning is prohibited as is use of uncertified wood stoves, fireplaces, inserts and other uncertified wood-burning devices.  The ban was put in place Friday at 4pm
