NCESD Celebrates Remodeled Headquarters

The North Central Educational Service District is inviting the communities that they serve to get a first glimpse of the newly remodeled headquarters located at 430 Olds Station Road in Wenatchee. The open house and building dedication is next Tuesday, January 21 from 4-7.

"The building renovation was done with three goals," said Dr. Michelle Price, superintendent. "To be able to use our space more efficiently and to align the space with the core purposes of our agency, to bring all of our staff under one roof and to reduce the cost and need for renting office space and training space.

The open house will have appetizers provided and tours will be available.

"The building dedication will take place at 5 with a short ceremony to honor a past, long time board member who provided vision and leadership, guiding us into the future," said Dr. Price.

The North Central Educational Service District is a resource to the 29 districts within the four-county - Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan and Grant counties - service area.
