Wenatchee Home Sales Down in January

Fewer homes were sold or were for sale in Wenatchee in January according to the most recent report from Pacific Appraisal Associates.

Sales were down six percent, and number of homes for sale is down 20 percent when compared to last year, but that has meant good things for price which has increased two percent over last year.

Sales in January did outpace Januarys from 2010 through 2015.

The report also noted that more than half the homes for sale are listed at between $200-350,000.
