The Icicle Fund is celebrating its 20th anniversary by hosting two Artist-In-Residence events in celebration of the Conservation, History and Arts (CHA) of North Central Washington. The first opportunity for North Central Washington artists is in the Methow Valley at the Methow River (April 24-26) followed by an opportunity later in the fall in Leavenworth at the Wenatchee River (September 25-27).
