In 2019, RiverCom received about 220 calls from Leavenworth in October. This year, they received around 180 calls.

The city still has not provided sufficient evidence that Projekt Bayern filed a trademark under false pretenses.

If they win, Projekt Bayern is asking for the city to compensate their legal fees and to pay for any damages incurred from the trademark confusion.
