Troy McMaster made his first appearance in Chelan County Superior Court Friday, where Special Prosecutor Gordon Edgar asked for no bail as case proceeds.
Kenneth R. Crisp was sentenced by Douglas County Superior Court Judge Brian Huber Thursday after pleading guilty to two counts of second-degree assault.
Prosecutors originally charged 22-year-old Julius James Ceballos with first-degree murder and a possible life sentence, but reduced the charges to second-degree manslaughter and second-degree assault because of a lack of forensic evidence and unreliable witnesses.
