Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

Prosecutors have filed 13 felony charges against Abraham Escalera of Chelan, including child rape and sexual exploitation of a minor.

Raquel Ann Langhurst is accused of arranging calls between between a 13-year-old child and 36-year-old jail inmate Kenneth Allan Crabtree.
