In Chaotic Year, ‘No Night in a Box 2020′ to Still Raise Funds for Homelessness

Lighthouse Christian Ministries recently announced that their usual 'Night In A Box' fundraising event will be cancelled this year and replaced with 'No Night in a Box 2020'.

Executive Director Shawn Arington said in a Facebook post that this year folks can participate from home the Friday night before Thanksgiving.

"Get your friends, get your sleeping bags, get your blankets, and get into the box and raise funds." Arington explained, "All you have to do is get sponsored. Tell people you're doing it. Make your own videos and share the link that goes to wenatcheelighthouse.org and you can raise funds for No Night in a Box 2020."

All donations go to the operations of Lighthouse Christian Ministries.

Night in a Box is a grass roots movement focused on raising awareness and support for the challenges associated with homelessness. Wenatchee's annual event began in 2012.
