Law Enforcement Makes Statement on Mask Requirement

The North Central Washington Law Enforcement Leadership Group, consisting of Wenatchee and East Wenatchee Police and the Chelan, Douglas and Okanogan County Sheriff's Office each released statements Wednesday in response to the mandating of mask wearing which begins tomorrow.

Universally, they say their focus continues to be on fighting crime that impacts public safety with the mask mandating more under public health.

They are strongly encouraging everyone to take the necessary precautions to ensure health and safety for all.
