The Moses Lake School District has launched an investigation after a video involved Park Orchard Elementary School staff physically moving a student to an office. Our news partner, iFiberone, reports that the incident occurred on January 7th when a student had to be moved to the office 'when de-escalation efforts failed to resolve the situation of extreme student misbehavior.' The parent of the second grader posted the video clip, obtained through a public records request, shows a staff member dragging the student on the ground to an office. The school district is conducting an internal investigation involving several witness accounts from students, staff and administration.
