The Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center is asking community members to share their stories regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

The museum is requesting written reflections and photographs that document this extraordinary time.

Public Relations Coordinator Ashley Sinner said, "To tell you exactly what that would look like is very difficult because even though we're all in this, and it's affecting all of us, it's affecting each of us differently. There's such a wide range of experiences people are going through."

The varied experiences will help to demonstrate the scope of the disaster we're all living.

"I'm working from home and homeschooling, and that's a new experience for me. There are certainly other people who have been laid off, or people who have been sick, and others who have lost family members," added Sinner.

You can share your personal reflections by emailing the museum at collections@wvmcc.org or by mailing to Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center, Attn: Collections, 127 S Mission St, Wenatchee, WA 98801.

All submitted materials must include the author's full name, location, email address and date.

The museum will add a selection of the stories and reflections to its collection for future generations.
