Stemilt Growers Named Group Volunteer of the Year by Education Foundation

Stemilt Growers were named Group Volunteer of the Year by the Washington Apple Education Foundation (WAEF) Thursday morning at a Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast. Stemilt and WAEF have been long time partners and been providing local students with college scholarships for 25 years. In 2019, Stemilt provided 15 students with scholarships and  had 16 employees who volunteered time. Employees have served as mentors, hosted students for events and served on the scholarship selection committee. Stemilt has given over $500,000 in scholarships over the course of a decade.
