A lightning storm moved through Grant County Saturday afternoon, leading to the fire that burned about 20 acres.

The agency says the work is happening now to take advantage of low water levels.

The Grant County Health District and Washington State Parks announced over the weekend that blue-green algae was discovered at Potholes State Park in the reservoir. Health Officials say that people should avoid all contact with the Potholes Reservoir including recreational activities, don't drink the reservoir water, keep pets and animals away from the water, and clean all fish caught in the wate
