Wenatchee Federal Building Bidding Extended

E-Bay has nothing on the bidding for the Wenatchee Federal Building. After sitting with a highest bid of $1.02 million for several weeks, several bidders have entered the fray in the final moments of the original deadline which has now been extended through Thursday at 11:20 a.m. Beginning at 8:45 this morning, three new bidders and 13 bids were all placed and the new high bid is now $1.27 million. Bidders are not identified by the GSA, so it is not publicly known who is currently in the lead. The bid deadline could be extended if more bids come in before tomorrow morning
