Arrest Made in Theft at Thorp Fruit Stand and Antique Mall

A 34-year-old Othello man was arrested over the weekend in connection to a theft at the Thorp Fruit Stand and Antique Mall.

The Kittitas County Sheriff's Office says the suspect's vehicle was spotted in Royal City and police were able to locate and stop the Cadillac Escalade.

After a search of both the vehicle, and the man's house, law enforcement found about $7,000 in missing merchandise, most, but not all of what was taken.

The suspect has been identified as Garrett Cimmery and he was taken into custody.
