Chelan PUD Working on Western Ave to Upgrade

Chelan PUD is informing Wenatchee motorists and residents that crews will be out working on power lines along Western Ave. near the intersection of Central Ave. beginning Monday.

They will be upgrading the electrical system which may require brief power outages, though notification will be provided if that is necessary.

The road will also have flagger-controlled traffic and could be slower than normal to get through.

Work will run from 6:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. and should last just the one week.
