Dr. Ann Diamond to Run for State House Again

Dr. Ann Diamond will announce her intent to run for the State Legislature and Position in the House of Representatives at an event in Wenatchee Saturday the 29th at the Wenatchee Public Library.

That position is currently held by Republican Keith Goehner who has not made any announcement about his future.

Diamond previously ran for the position in 2018 but was defeated by Goehner who got nearly 56 percent of the vote.

The filing period for the 2020 general election is May 11th through the 15th.

Saturday's event starts at 2:00 p.m. and is expected to last roughly an hour.
