Eastmont School District Plans On An Outside Graduation for 2021 Seniors

The Eastmont School District is currently moving toward hosting an outside graduation with possibly multiple sessions due to awaiting word on limitations for the number of people allowed to attend. The district is considering organizing each session by last name (i.e. Last names: A-H would have the first session and so on).

"If something changes and we're able to get everyone in the facility at once, that will always be our goal," said Superintendent Garn Christensen. "We'll look at needing to limit participation, but like we do with sports, we'll offer some virtual attendance where people can watch online."

In 2020, Eastmont School District implemented a hybrid drive thru model for graduation due to being at the height of the pandemic.
