The Ephrata City Hall is closed because of COVID-19.

The city says it'll be short staffed for more than a week because of the virus.

KPQ News partner iFIBERONE reports three city employees have tested positive for the virus.

Ephrata City Hall staff will be working from home, except for one person who will be in the office to answer phones.

The city is asking for public patience and advising residents to pay their utility bills online.

Ephrata City Hall is now set to reopen on Monday, October 11.
