Inslee Doesn’t Foresee Any Additional Limits to Business, Waiting for CDC on Booster Requirements
Govnernor Jay Inslee is saying that Washington State will wait for more guidance from the CDC before making a decision as to whether to require boosters to remain in compliance with the state's vaccine mandate.
On the subject of Omicron, Inslee indicated Thursday that although he doesn't see any additional limits to business activity right now, he won't eliminate the possibility.
"The good news is our schools are open, our businesses are open, we're going to Kraken games, we're going holiday shopping." stated Inslee, "We're doing virtually everything we want to do, which is really, really good and I think we should remind ourselves of that."
Hospitalization rate will be the statistic he claims he will follow the closest as Omicron cases rise.
Inslee added that the booster requirement "could happen."
