Bail is now set for two men accused of murder during a drive-by shooting in Wenatchee last week.

Twenty-five-year-old Andrew Francis Morrow and 23-year Benito Eduardo Licea both face 2nd Degree Murder charges in the shooting that left 21-year-old David Lomeli-Vasquez dead.

Bail for Morrow is set at $2 million as police believe he fatally shot Lomeli-Vasquez in the head

Licea has a $1 million bail as detectives think he was riding along with Morrow.

The shooting April 18th in the 800 block of Methow Street led to a chase and eventual car crash in East Wenatchee before Morrow and Licea were tracked down and arrested.

Lomeli-Vasquez was pronounced brain dead at a hospital, and became an organ donor after he was taken off life support days later.

Detectives think the shooting was connected to Morrow's girlfriend, who was also a former girlfriend of Lomeli-Vasquez.

Police say she told them that Lomeli-Vasquez had threatened her with a gun and had sent inappropriate messages about her to Morrow.

The original charge against Morrow was 1st degree murder, before it was lowered Wednesday.

Licea is scheduled to be arraigned May 11. An arraignment date was not set for Morrow.

Licea has an additional charge of Assault with a Deadly Weapon, while Morrow also faces charges for Assault With a Deadly Weapon and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
