‘Prolific’ Tagger Arrested in Wenatchee

Wenatchee police arrested a man they claim has been the most prolific graffiti tagger in at least the last few weeks Wednesday night.

Captain Edgar Reinfeld said 27-year-old Christian Rosales-Castro of Wenatchee has been charged with 11 counts of Malicious Mischief 3rd degree.

"The eleven calls go from February until just this week and range as far north as 9th street and south of Ferry Street. So it's a pretty broad area where he's been working." Reinfeld said, "He was identified in part from some surveillance footage."

The Wenatchee Police Department has received 83 reports of graffiti so far this year.
