The budget comes with a shortfall of $2.6 million, but there's confidence the differences will be made up by extra money coming in.

Funds will go towards a variety of local needs such as food, housing, childcare, and health programs.

The city has until 2024 to disperse funds and spent by 2026. Any remaining funds will be sent back to the treasury.
