A jury in Chelan County found 47-year-old Abel Wilkes guilty of 2nd Degree Assault late Thursday afternoon.

The attorney for 48-year-old Abel D. Wilkes' filed paperwork claiming the government did not properly get a warrant, over reacted and withheld evidence.

Crews will be working on a section of the roadway about seven miles south of Plain.

They'll be striping the center yellow line and the right-hand white line, which is also called the fog line.

Officers say 47-year-old Abel Wilkes barricaded himself when they arrived on scene at his trailer in response to a call for an unruly person firing shots

The outages all occurred in an area between Peshastin and Plain between Tuesday and Thursday.
