20th Anniversary of Festival of Trees Conducted Differently This Year

The 2020 Numerica Performing Arts Center's Festival of Trees will still unfold, however the 20 year tradition will be done differently due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The festival will still consist of community decorated and sponsored wreaths, mini trees and classic trees for folks to bid on. A virtual live streamed auction will take the place of the live gala held at the convention center.

"Unfortunately, this year we're not able to have our Little Black Dress party that we normally have and our Holiday Spice," said Allie Jordan, director.

The proceeds support the Numerica PAC and all of its programs. It is the largest fundraiser for the performing arts center.

"We're really happy we're able to put it online and have some version of it," said Jordan.
