3 People Injured in Grant County Hwy 281 Crash

Three people are injured from a two-car crash on State Route 281 south of Quincy Thursday afternoon.

A car driven by 17-year-old Eduardo Rodriguez drove onto Hwy. 281 from Road 5 NW and was broadsided by an SUV driven by 48-year-old Gerardo Aldonado.

The crash led to Rodriguez being flown to a hospital in Spokane, while Aldonado and his passenger, 45-year-old Agustino Aldonado were taken to Quincy Valley Medical Center.

Rodiguez is being investigated for causing the crash.

He was driving a 2006 Honda Civic. Aldonado was driving a 2000 Cadillac Escalade.

The State Patrol was sent to the crash at about 3:45 Thursday afternoon.
