Chelan-Douglas Health District Provides COVID-19 Update

The Chelan-Douglas Health District released its weekly COVID-19 thermographic Wednesday.

According to the district, the two county area's case rate rose just slightly over the previous nine days. Cases increased about 7% to 88 per 100,000 people over 14 days. Four residents remain hospitalized with COVID-19.

The region's vaccination progress has slowed significantly. Chelan County is nearly 45% percent fully vaccinated, while Douglas County is almost 39%.
