Chelan PUD Restores Water Service After Holiday Outage in Sunnyslope Area

Water service is back to normal for Chelan PUD customers after what the utility called a "sizable" leak was reported Monday north of Wenatchee.

The water leak affected the Sunnyslope and Burch Mountain area, where customers were either without water or experiencing reduced pressure.

Chelan PUD crews arrived to make repairs Monday evening, and the utility reported full water service had been restored by mid-day Tuesday.
