“I Can Help” Initiative Starting in Chelan and Douglas Counties

The Chelan-Douglas Health District is partnering with local agencies, essential businesses and other organizations to provide a new volunteer service called, "I Can Help."

The groups will be designed to assist people who are self-isolating and will keep the number who are out in public to a minimum, particularly for those who are most susceptible to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tasks include grocery shopping, a friendly phone call, or dog walking among others.

Door hangers and postcards are being distributed in both English and Spanish.
