Lake Chelan Health Opens Express Care Facility Monday

Lake Chelan Health has opened its new addition, the Express Care facility, on Monday to serve the community as a walk in healthcare service.

Express Care is located at 219 East Johnson Avenue, the former Lake Chelan Clinic building.

"For us rurally in Lake Chelan, the first walk in clinic is about 37 miles south so Lake Chelan Health is excited to open an Express Care that's walk in service," said Augustin Benegas, communications and wellness manager. "It offers some after work hours for some."

Express Care will be open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The clinic will treat general problems, like allergies, rashes or cold and flu symptoms. The clinic will also offer COVID-19 testing and treat minor injuries.
