Maple Street in Moses Lake is back open and a lockdown of nearby schools has been lifted after a suspect in a car jacking Wednesday barricaded himself on a property in the area Thursday.

Kyle Foreman with the Grant County Sheriff's Office says deputies were out looking for the suspect when then received information that led them to the home in the 9000 block of Maple Street. Deputies were on the property looking for 29-year-old Isaiah Ramirez when he reportedly barricaded himself in a garden shed outside of the home.

"He eventually surrendered to deputies without any incident and he is going to jail on a count of (2nd Degree) Robbery, Felony Eluding and charges connected to the carjacking yesterday," Foreman said.

There were no injuries.

The Sheriff's Office says two other women were arrested at the scene.
